学术成绩:
主要从事烯酰胺类化合物的区域及立体选择性碳-氢官能化转化,廉价过渡金属催化的碳-碳成键反应,光催化的环境友好型自由基反应等领域的研究工作。自2017年9月入职南京工业大学以来,已累计发表高质量SCI论文 (影响因子>5.0) 13篇,影响因子总和突破140; 累计被引180余次。其中以第一作者身份在Chemical Society Reviews (影响因子: 54.564)发表封面论文1篇 (Chem. Soc. Rev. 2017, 46, 586.);以通讯作者身份在Chemical Science (影响因子: 9.825) 上发表论文1篇 (Chem.
